SparkDEX uses a Concentrated Liquidity Market Maker (CLMM) model. Instead of spreading liquidity across all prices, LPs choose a specific price range to concentrate their capital. This means higher fee earnings per dollar of liquidity provided — typically 5–10× more efficient than traditional AMMs.

SparkDEX offers three staking options: (1) FLR Liquid Staking at ~6.8% APY with instant unstaking, (2) SparkDEX Vault at ~16.2% APY with a 14-day lock period and rFLR rewards, (3) Governance Staking at ~11.4% APY with lock periods up to 4 years plus voting power and fee revenue share.

rFLR is a reward token distributed to SparkDEX participants. You earn rFLR by trading on the platform, providing liquidity, participating in trading competitions, and staking. rFLR can be claimed from the rewards section of the app and used within the SparkDEX ecosystem.

Impermanent loss (IL) occurs when the price ratio of a pool's tokens changes from when you deposited. SparkDEX's concentrated liquidity positions allow you to set price ranges that minimize IL exposure. High-volume pools generate enough fee revenue to offset IL in most market conditions.

SparkDEX's Smart Order Routing (SOR) engine queries liquidity across multiple sources on Flare Network, then splits and routes orders for optimal price execution. This aggregation ensures you get the best available price with minimal slippage on every trade.

There is no minimum swap amount beyond the Flare Network gas fee (a fraction of a cent). For large trades, SparkDEX's SOR splits orders to minimize price impact. There is no maximum — institutional-sized trades are fully supported through deep concentrated liquidity.

Slippage tolerance is the maximum price change you accept between submitting and executing your trade. The SparkDEX default is 0.5%, which works well for most liquid pairs like FLR/USDC. For volatile tokens, set 1–3%. For stablecoin swaps, 0.1% is sufficient.
